01 — The whole idea

Every screen follows one clock: the actual recording. When the leader's at bar 17, beat 3, so is the drummer's phone across the room — and each person is reading the part they actually play.

03 — The room

Start a room, share the four-character code, pick your parts. Everyone taps Ready, and the leader runs playback for the whole room — play, pause, seek, loop, next song — and can pass the lead any time.
04 — Practice
