BandCue — self-hosted web fonts
================================

These font files are redistributed under their own licences. Anton, IBM Plex
Mono and Permanent Marker are unmodified in design and character set; Archivo
has been trimmed (see "Changes made by BandCue" below). Each licence text sits next to the fonts it covers.
BandCue's own code and content are NOT covered by these licences, and these
fonts are NOT covered by BandCue's terms.

Changes made by BandCue (notice of modification)
------------------------------------------------
anton.woff2 and permanent-marker.woff2 were converted by BandCue from the TTF
files above to WOFF2 (fontTools 4.60.2, 2026-09-28). Glyphs, character map and
name table — including the embedded copyright and licence fields — are
unchanged. The only table removed is DSIG (the digital signature), which the
WOFF2 format requires dropping because conversion invalidates it. No glyphs,
features or characters were added, removed or subset.

archivo.woff2 is a MODIFIED VERSION of Archivo[wdth,wght].ttf, made by BandCue
(fontTools 4.60.2, 2026-09-28) to cut its size from 184KB to 51KB:
  * Width axis removed — pinned to normal width (wdth 100).
  * Weight axis narrowed from 100–900 to 400–800 (default stays 600).
  * Characters subset to Latin + Latin Extended (485 characters, from 653):
    U+0000-00FF, U+0100-02BA, U+02BB-02BC, U+02BD-02C5, U+02C6, U+02C7-02CC,
    U+02CE-02D7, U+02DA, U+02DC, U+02DD-02FF, U+0304, U+0308, U+0329,
    U+1E00-1E9F, U+1EF2-1EFF, U+2000-206F, U+2020, U+20A0-20AB, U+20AC,
    U+20AD-20C0, U+2113, U+2122, U+2190-2195, U+2212, U+2215, U+2C60-2C7F,
    U+A720-A7FF, U+FEFF, U+FFFD (only characters Archivo actually contains).
  * All OpenType layout features kept. The full name table — including the
    copyright (ID 0) and licence (IDs 13/14) fields — kept. DSIG dropped.
  Archivo has no Reserved Font Name, so the modified font keeps the name
  "Archivo" (OFL condition 3). It remains under the SIL OFL 1.1 (condition 5).

plexmono-400.woff2 and plexmono-600.woff2 were NOT converted, subset or altered.


Reserved Font Name — read before touching the Plex files
-------------------------------------------------------
IBM Plex Mono carries the Reserved Font Name "Plex" (OFL condition 3). Under
the OFL FAQ, subsetting, format conversion and "optimizing" a font all create a
Modified Version, and a Modified Version may NOT use the name "Plex" without
IBM's written permission.

  * Only ever replace plexmono-*.woff2 with files from IBM's own release,
    unchanged.
  * Do not subset, convert or optimize them. If a smaller or different
    Plex file is ever needed, it must be renamed (no "Plex" in the family
    name, e.g. "BandCue Mono") in both the font's name table and the CSS.
  * Do not replace them with Plex files downloaded from fonts.googleapis.com;
    those are Google's subsets, made under Google's own arrangement with IBM.

Anton and Archivo have no Reserved Font Name, so modified versions of them may
keep their names. Every copy, modified or not, must stay under the OFL
(condition 5) and ship with its licence file.

Permanent Marker (Apache 2.0, §4): keep LICENSE-PermanentMarker.txt with it,
keep the copyright notice, and record any further change in this file.
